- After your probation you can take up to 90 days of sick leave a year, in one go or in parts.
- Pay: full pay for the first 15 days, half pay for the next 30 days, and no pay for the last 45 days.
- During probation, sick leave is unpaid.
- Tell your employer within 3 days and give a medical report. No sick pay if the illness came from your own misconduct (such as alcohol or drugs).
