How much annual leave do I get in the UAE?+
30 calendar days a year once you've completed 1 year of service, and 2 days for each month after your first 6 months. Unused leave is paid when you leave.
Is unused leave paid when I leave?+
Yes. Leave days you earned but didn't take must be paid when your employment ends, along with your end-of-service gratuity.
