- 60 days of maternity leave: 45 days on full pay and 15 days on half pay.
- You can start up to 30 days before the expected birth date.
- If you are ill after the birth, you can take up to 45 more days without pay; if the baby is sick or has a disability, 30 more days on full pay.
- Fathers get 5 working days of paid parental leave within 6 months of the birth.
- Nursing breaks: 1 hour a day for 6 months after you return.
